Notion Systems ships a powerful n.jet semicon printer for semiconductor resist coating that prints up to 450 mm wide substrates. With its integrated laminar flow ISO 5 clean room environment and a proprietary resist drying station, the substrates leave the printer ready for imaging. The specialized printing strategies make sure that the coated areas are highly uniform. This uniformity translates into a high yield for the imaging and etch process following the resist printing.
