Schwetzingen, July 2015. Notion Systems proudly announces to support Fujifilm Dimatix Materials Cartridges in all n.jet platforms.

Widespread use of the Dimatix Materials Cartridges in Dimatix DMP-2800 desktop printers has driven innovative functional inkjet process development around the world. “Integrating the Dimatix Materials Cartridges into our  high precision n.jet series printers allows our customers to develop processes that have been unthinkable  before. This closes the gap between functional inkjet R&D and pilot lines of digital fabrication processes.” says Dr. Michael Doran (CEO, Notion Systems GmbH). The modular n.jet platform can be equipped with DMCs and industrial inkjet printheads from FUJIFILM Dimatix or virtually any other industrial printhead supplier side by side. Notion Systems thus provides the perfect tool and necessary support for the development of high precision functional inkjet processes and a smooth scale-up to production. “The n.jet user is provided with one platform for ink and process development on small, inexpensive printheads (the DMCs) and can use the same platform to transfer the process to multi-nozzle industrial printheads better suited for production.” says Dr. Kai Keller (Director Business Development, Notion Systems GmbH). Besides its precision and stability the n.jet platform also features all relevant tools for development and industrialization of digital fabrication processes, like optical inspection of print results, a high-resolution drop watch system and the measurement of print positions for each individual print head nozzle.
