RSBG Advanced Manufacturing Technologies GmbH (RSBG AMT), a wholly owned subsidiary of the RSBG SE, the industrial investment company founded in 2014 by RAG-Stiftung and based in Essen, Germany, has acquired 75.1% of Notion Systems GmbH, based in Schwetzingen, Germany, as of Jan. 1, 2021.
