This job offer addresses applicants with already some experience in servicing high-end equipment.

Your tasks:

• Commissioning and final acceptance of our machines in-house and at customer’s site
• Remote maintenance of our machines
• On-site service and training at customer’s site
• Preparation of documentation and work recipes
• Suggestions for supporting improvement of our products

Your skills:

• Completed studies in the field of physics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Some years of professional experience in dealing with complex machinery
• Experience in software configuration, LINUX, script languages and MS-Windows is highly appreciated
• Senior skills in handling MS-Office
• Independent, analytical, and well-structured working style, good communication skills
• Enjoy dealing with customers and willingness to travel up to approx. 50%.
• Fluent in English and German, verbal and in writing
